Silicon Heartland Data Center Campus – Available

New Albany, Ohio

Lincoln Property Company and Harrison Street acquired a land site through a joint venture to construct Silicon Heartland Innovation Park.

Lincoln Rackhouse, through their sister company, Ascent, is excited to bring the development of the Silicon Heartland Data Center Campus to New Albany, Ohio, with flexible opportunities in a rapidly expanding market. Situated on 190 acres, the multi-use technology and distribution campus is strategically located in the center of the Silicon Heartland Logistics Corridor.

The data center campus has already broken ground and development is well underway. Construction includes the campus that will accommodate up to 1.5 million square feet and 216MW of critical load, explicitly designed for hyperscalers and other major operators.

Highlights

  • This site and infrastructure allow for either a singular user or multi-user data center. The 300 MVA, N+1 substation can accommodate a combination of four either one or two story data center foot-prints.
  • The data centers are based on a 6 MW data hall at 25,000 SF supported by a 4/3 block redundant electrical system utilizing 2 MW blocks (6/5 design will also be available). The system is cooled by air cooled chillers located on the roof of each facility in an N+1 topology.
  • Build-to-suit options are available to support customers specific designs.
