Through a joint venture partnership, Lincoln Rackhouse acquired the land adjacent to 6653 Pinecrest Drive in 2016. The property has been developed into a 161,000 square foot enterprise data center. The facility delivers 10 MW of highly reliable and redundant critical power in a server-ready, private suite configuration.
